This class fuses two of Budokon Universities 5 key movement disciplines, while still incorporating elements of the others. Introducing mobility floorwork as an alternative way to mindfully transition through yoga asana and create movement patterns or vinyasa sequencing that opens the body up in new ways! The mobility drills are beneficial for all movers and fighters but is particularly suited to BJJ practitioners by using same, similar and related positions. Beginners welcome - class open to all levels.
