Training varies each week and may include: Technique Training (Drill based exercises to develop or improve your Martial Arts Strikes and footwork); Striking (applying what you have learnt in technique sessions by making actual contact with strike pads, mitts, kicking shields, boxing bags and the like); Sparring (light contact, non - contact and 1 for 1 partner training to develop hand eye coordination, distance and timing); BJJ/ Grappling (ground fighting/ self defence training with and without a partner).
